Amazing view! Amazing Istanbul!
If you follow me on Instagram or Twitter, you know I’m in Istanbul right now. I arrived here two nights ago, and I just spent my second full day of sightseeing. I wanted to announce my trip a while ago but as much as I LOVE to write, I just didn’t have the time because I moved to a new place which took so much of my time packing, unpacking, and redecorating. Add a very intense work schedule which didn’t allow any room for a healthy lifestyle. Yes, I know my move and my eagerness to excel at work is my own doing. That is why I DESERVE this time off! What better way to celebrate my hard work and relieve stress than to soak in some ME time in Istanbul? Although I didn’t expect to return so soon, the circumstances that led up to this moment couldn’t be ignored or denied. I was scared and nervous to return to Istanbul because the first trip was SO spectacular and amazing…I didn’t want to ruin the fabulous memories. After day two it’s been fantastic so far. I have four more full days left. As I look forward to updating this blog with details later, just know that I’m collecting new experiences and memories which, I hope, will help you, dear readers and fellow travelers!
